Terms and Conditions

Bookings

All bookings must be made by an adult over the age of 18. The guest who made the booking must be present at the property for the duration of the stay (unless discussed with your host).

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at time of booking.

Final Payment: Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made under 14 days before arrival, full payment is required.

 

Bond

A bond is payable to cover any damage to or removal of the property, furnishings, fixtures & fittings, excess cleaning if the property is not returned in the condition required at check-out, or failure to adhere to house rules. Further charges may apply if the amount doesn’t cover cost to rectify the problem or damage. Please refer to individual properties for the bond amount.

Your bond will be taken as a credit card authority (via Stripe) 3 days before your departure and held for 5 days. 

 

Booking Alterations

Requests to change dates will be subject to availability at the time of your request and may result in price changes. Changes within 7 days (and 14 days for high season) are considered a cancellation and cancellation fees may apply.  

Identification

Please provide your name, email address and postal address at time of booking. 

Extra Guests

Please note that any extra guests (as stated on your booking) may incur a fee. Extra fees are $50 per person per night (unless stated otherwise). If you exceed the maximum number of persons staying on the property, we reserve the right to retain your security deposit in full and your rental agreement may be terminated without refund. Camping, caravans, tents or camping are strictly prohibited at all properties.

 

Bank and Credit Card Fees 

Please note that there is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments. You can avoid this fees by using bank transfer.

 

Booking Fees

A non-refundable booking fee of $2 is payable for each booking.
