Cancellation / Refund Policy

Should you wish to cancel or reschedule, please contact us immediately with a valid reason. Cancellation will not take effect until we have also received written confirmation from you. Approved refunds will be processed promptly. We recommend you have travel or other insurance to cover for any unforeseen cancellation fees or other loss that may occur. Some properties have slightly different policies to those stated below- please read the individual property policies before you book.

 

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Guests can cancel their booking up to 7 days prior to check in and receive a full refund (minus credit card/bank fees and booking fee).

  • If the guest cancels the booking within 7 days, a 100% cancellation fee applies. 

  • After arrival: If the guest cancels the booking after their arrival, or leaves the property early, they will not receive a refund.

 

High Season and Public Holidays Cancellation Policy

  • Guests can cancel their booking up to 14 days prior to check in and receive a full refund (minus credit card/bank fees already paid).

  • If guests cancel their booking between 7 and 14 days prior to check in, they will receive a 50% refund (minus credit card/bank fees and booking fee).

  • If the guest cancels the booking within 7 days, a 100% cancellation fee applies. 

  • After arrival: If the guest cancels the booking after their arrival, or leaves the property early, they will receive no refund. 

 

Long Term Stays (Over 28 days)

  • Guests can cancel their booking up to 7 days prior to check in and receive a full refund (minus credit card/bank fees and booking fee).

  • If the guest cancels the booking within 7 days, a 50% cancellation fee applies. 

  • After arrival: If the guest cancels the booking after their arrival at the accommodation, they will be charged for the number of nights they have stayed, one additional night and will be refunded 50% of the remaining nights not used.
